:cyanlights: I won't be surprised when hologram tours become standard, bookmark me. We already see Melanie Martinez doing AI meet & greets, and ABBA's hologram residency.

Despite knowing it’s annoying and unsafe for artists, i understand people wanting to pass up gifts for them, especially in cultures where gift giving is customary. That being said, there is an entire stage, why must people specifically aim for the artist? There are plenty of other areas to put gifts or you could just hold up a sign. Ive been to certain concerts with tables you can leave the artists gifts at. (I have no idea if they ever really got them) but this way you can ensure people aren't getting heavy items launched at their heads.

Maybe gifts made of cotton/cloth, not freaking metal or hard plastic

Why is everyone suddenly getting hit in the face while performing? It's a bit suspicious tbh, like it's almost some new kind of promo after the Bebe one which was definitely legit ofc

Sis it looks like a hard, rock-like object hit her. And Bebe with a fckn PHONE. Those aren't "gifts", it's people directly targeting them. :bear:

Please let's not be silly. No one is gonna risk having their face disfigured "for promo". These are legit incidents caused by stupid behavior that seeks social media viralness. Such incidents can even cause blindness if it hits the eye. I find it a bit insensitive to suggest that people would have it done to themselves intentionally for promo.
