I brought it up because the person I quoted is acting like they KNOW MJ is innocent and they KNOW dr Luke is guilty but there is no proven evidence on either end.

This is the age old problem with pursuing cases like this though. It’s not a crime that leaves long lasting concrete physical evidence. And I hate to say it, but regardless of the truth when it comes to cases with hugh profile parties it often ends up that the person with the most money wins. They are able to afford better lawyers they are able to have a better sway on public opinion. This doesn’t just apply when speaking of MJ of course. But the point is we have seen countless celebrities get away with assault even WITH evidence and established pattern.

My bad, I guess it was Luke’s home studio not his house’s basement, and Gaga never said Kesha didn’t know what time/day it was, that was what Kesha said about the night after her getting abused. My memory isn’t the best, I apologize for that part

Eventually Kesha told Gaga that Gottwald had sexually assaulted her. When Gottwald’s lawyer asked Gaga whether she had witnessed or had evidence of Gottwald’s abuse of Kesha, Gaga fired back, “Well, you know – when men assault women, they don’t invite people over to watch.”

Gaga added, “And when this happens in this industry, it is kept extremely secret, and it is compounded by contracts and manipulative power scenarios that actually include this very situation that we are all in right now.”

Under continued questioning, Gaga started to become enraged at Gottwald’s lawyers for questioning the legitimacy of Kesha’s claims.

“I have factual knowledge of her depression. I have factual knowledge of her need for support and love. I have factual knowledge of the spiral that I watched that girl go down. I have factual knowledge of trauma. I am informed and intelligent about this issue. That girl has experienced serious trauma and she is in the middle of the right now. And you are all a party to it,” Gaga chided the lawyers.

“Why on earth would this girl tell the entire world this happened? Why on earth? Do you know what it’s like for survivors? Do you know what it’s like to tell people? Don’t you roll you eyes at me. You should be ashamed of yourself.”

I don’t think they’re lying, I do think that MJ was doing inappropriate things to them when they were little, and years later they realize what had happened to them, and decided to get back at him by exposing him. But since they were little when it happened, they don’t remember 100% what had happened exactly (like a lot of us) and thus they might be exaggerating. But I definitely don’t think they’re 100% lying at all.

There were investigations for like the last 20 years and nothing was ever found, even the FBI was involved at some point. Also some people are desesperate for money and would not hesitate to lie for a second if it gave them the chance to get more than 1 billion dollar lol

Truly disgusting and embarrassing. 

The reason MJ was targeted is because he outed his label as fraudsters, took the rights of his own music off of them and encouraged his fans to turn against them, so the label went for him. He said they are like leeches, they take what they can get from you and leave you penniless. This is their business model. They don't like being played with.

Tired arguments?? His point is very valid! Why would you pay 22 million to a child. That's more than what he paid for neverland ranch for christ sake!

Anyone who has done the research and isn't willfully blind knows exactly why he paid it. Jordan chandler gave an accurate description of MJ's genitals.

This has been confirmed by the investigators who interviewed Jordan (Lauren Wies),the head of the LAPD CSA unit ( Bill Dworin) and MJ's own lawyer Carl Douglas.

it's pretty bizarre to me the way some fans assume they know their idol, immediately discrediting people who claim they're sa victims. calling them liars, or that their retelling is laughable, is downright dangerous. sa victim cases are a complicated situation. to a certain extent, it makes sense that some of the victims didn't have their stories 100% straight. they were children who allegedly endured trauma, and as we know trauma can impact memory.

what happens behind closed doors, no one knows. past trials have been dismissed, at one point mj's house has been raided and police found nothing, but like i said before, people/companies with power and money are surrounded by strong legal and pr teams, and many real and actual sa victims keep losing trials. what's also real is that a grown adult was involved with children in a way that he shouldn't (comes to mind his documented interest in the part of the indian culture where 30 year-old men could marry 10 year-old girls).

all i can hope for is that, whatever the outcome of this new trial, these type of fans or someone they love never go through any kind of abuse.
