Well, sadly, mods have stated that us Kim fans just have to accept that people are allowed to and will harass and attack us for liking her music and remaining neutral in the Luke vs Kesha case

I proved you it was known Luke was a bully before Kim went on to work with him. I did it after you tried to defend Kim's good will saying Luke was, after all, not condemned for anything etc...

And now you avoid talking about it by bringing up Richie saying that Gaga shouldn't be defended over it neither when I never said she should be defended over it anyway...

We are allowed to bring up other celebrities and use them to compare and make points but I can’t address the major elephant in the room here? I’m not trying to be insensitive or harsh on Gaga, I’m literally stating the facts.  She collaborated and defended a man who urinated on a minor. You said earlier we listen to Kim because we only care about good music and that’s the same way we all reacted to DWUW back in 2013 .  So how come Gaga gets a slap on the wrist but Kim gets blacklisted ?

Yeah and I’ve said multiple times before that if Kim apologized for working with him and ditched him entirely, I would proudly take back what I said and will start supporting the girl. I literally never said I wanted her career to end, I just think the backlash she is currently getting is 100% justifiable. 
 

and ARTPOP was literally 10 years ago, my ass didn’t know how much harm gaga was doing! I was a ****ing high school teenager ffs, but as a grown adult I know realize that Gaga should’ve had a hell of a lot more backlash for her actions. Hindsight is 20/20 after all lol

Because it’s not 2013 anymore? That’s like saying why was it okay for comedians to say make fun of the gays 20 years ago but now their whole career gets buried 6-feet under for the same thing. Because times change and people realize that their bad actions should be accounted for. And I’ve said it multiple times (you keep ignoring it for some reason?) that I think Gaga should’ve had more backlash for working with Kelly and Terry. I can’t build a Time Machine and go back to 2013 lol

I think it is unfair mods want to normalize the flamebait statements in Kim threads.  Please reconsider this, mods. Please.  The Kesha case is closed.  It’s not Kim’s business or responsibility.  Let us enjoy pop music. This is a pop music forum. Not a social justice forum.  We are not harming anybody by making Kim threads so we should not be attacked and harassed every time we do. 
I don’t think it should be tolerated any longer and “well Kim is controversial/problematic” is not a valid justification because Kim is not responsible for Dr Luke’s actions. She should be allowed to defender herself for working with someone that wanted to give her a successful music career when most ppl did not believe in the idea of a mainstream commercial trans pop star.

That doesn’t change the fact that he still abused her (I choose to believe her because throughout human history, women never get justice from their abusers, and in fact most people never even believe in the woman even tho statistically it’s extremely rare that someone lies about getting raped). So long as Kim chooses to work with an alleged abuser, people should be allowed to criticize her for it.

Being trans doesn’t absolve one of their actions tho. Like, I fully want to support her, I really do. I think she has star quality and she knows a fun and catchy hook when she hears one. But like I said, fair criticism is, well, fair.
