It definitely has a problematic community. When I play it, I just remind myself it's a game and all those nasty comments say more about them and how insecure they are. For every bad experience I definitely do get rewarded with a wholesome match. Just recently I had a match where I was playing as Michael and this Leon would run across the map and point at things for me to hit my knife with. Kinda stupid, but definitely did make me laugh.
