So because of that, todays ruling is the best case scenario in this situation. It could’ve been worse. He could’ve successfully sued her for defamation. So I’m still taking this as a win. No more lawsuit. No more contract. False accusations definitely happen and no ones life should be ruined by that. To be honest, Kesha lying to Gaga about Luke raping Katy Perry was awful and ruined her creditability for me. I am very happy for Kesha if she can be free from her contract of dr Luke. Moving on from SA is another thing and a life long process. So if it is true, it is very sad, hopefully this will help her to finally distance herself from him and his name. but yes, just like Kesha said, only “god” knows what happened. So the rest of us picking sides are just choosing to pick sides based on bias and we have no concrete evidence to support the side we’re picking.
