I'm obviously a little tired of the older tunes, but in hindsight I think this is much superior to what Problématique would've been. She can be proud of this body of work. I know some are complaining about the lack of cohesiveness, but I'm not sure I'm agreeing: it's an elevated love letter to europop from start to finish and I think this is what binds it all together. Also, I'm not really understanding the Alone backlash - beyond Nicki's involvement, I think it's an absolute bop and has hit written all over it. King of Hearts, Revelations, Bait, Hit It From the Back, Claws, Coconuts, Castle in the Sky and Brrr were my favourites. I don't quite get the claims of it being not very cohesive, I found it all pretty much in the same vein. I think it's definitely her best developed body of work, it feels more like an album than a mixtape like before. It's a good fun europop album and isn't meant to be overly deep so I'm glad that most reviewers are taking it for what it is. It’s not BAD, but it’s also not something I’ll remember.
