The ones in Brazil were threatening fans with beatings with bats and metal pipes and were saying they were gonna harm them constantly. In the US, they used to easily be arrested and charged with fraud but in the age of digital ticket sales they can’t do that. Brazil still sells their tickets primarily in person, though, so that’s why they’re cracking down. Scalpers almost physically hurt people in Brazil who were trying to legally buy tickets.
