Any Provincially regulated thing whether it's Minimum Wage, Healthcare, Transportation & Road Laws, Education etc has always has some Federal laws and regulations as well (which automatically over rule Provincial laws when there is a conflict). Reminds me of anti vaccination conspiracy nuts who treated a vaccine developed in the midst of a pandemic as some worrying new plot by the evil government when people have been doing things like that as far back as vaccines were invented.
