He's a flight risk and a danger to the community.) They didn't even take his passport, apparently, as had been rumored they would. They just took his fingerprints and his "not guilty" plea. And he's already been released again. Now we have to wait for all the pre-trial motions, etc. And he got lucky, and got an insanely pro-Trump judge assigned to the case.
