I wanna get another one eventually, I really liked the Breathing app. So simple but it was nice. This is pretty cool. Would be interesting to see the correlation between heart rate and you mental health. Or if movement and exercise can keep your mental health in a good state. Maybe even close friends being alerted if you have had too many bad days. Apple’s interface is pretty clean so having the same design is a nice touch.
