I had a stainless steel watch and lost it within a year.:selena: I wanna get another one eventually, I really liked the Breathing app. So simple but it was nice.

This is pretty cool. Would be interesting to see the correlation between heart rate and you mental health. Or if movement and exercise can keep your mental health in a good state. Maybe even close friends being alerted if you have had too many bad days. Apple’s interface is pretty clean so having the same design is a nice touch.

Will this just be with a software update or will you need one of the newer watches for this?

Wait - it tracks your mental health? Or you have to manual enter and respond to prompts about how you feel?

it can track your steps, your heart rate too, but how exactly is it tracking your mental health ?

Pronounced like “Balenciaga” . Emphasis on the “Ga”

It's an update, as long as your watch & phone will get WatchOS 10 and iOS 17 you'll get it:

Spoiler

watchOS 10 requires iPhone XS, iPhone XR or later with iOS 17 and one of the following Apple Watch models:

Apple Watch Series 4

Apple Watch Series 5

Apple Watch SE

Apple Watch Series 6

Apple Watch Series 7

Apple Watch Series 8

Apple Watch Ultra

Purr more, hiss less.

You can use it without the watch, it's going to be packed into iOS 17

You don't have to have a watch, just iOS 17 and an iPhone
