Indications are that it will be this week, but its educated guesses and speculation so anything is possible.

I know but this keeps happening every couple of months for years now, and they make us think its a big deal, then nothing happens.

True, but this is a bit different than just the expectations being high. Trump's attorney's were spotted at the DOJ today and had a meeting with prosecutors. That kind of a meeting only happens RIGHT before an indictment.

Maybe? But ive heard many times that this time its different, then nothing happens.

At this rate can he even be put in jail before becoming president and pardoning himself? Even if he's convicted, he'll appeal probably. And then he's elected, then what?

It's so sad to see him do well in the polls.

Nothing will happen or as said above he will pardon himself when re-elected.

"By Federal law, once an indictment is filed and the defendant is aware of it, the case must proceed to trial within 70 days."

He'd most likely have gone through a trial by this Christmas, a year before 2024 general elections. He's have to run from jail, most likely.
