I'd imagine execs at WB are expecting Shallow-level soundtrack success with this album and enlisted an A-list producer she has worked with before to finish up the potential HIT TRACKS. It's business my ***s, she's contracted for Joker at the moment and I think that's where most of her creative energy is going to be until the press junket is through. If she would do it, that would mean a lead single late summer, album Nov-Dec 2024 and Vegas from Jan-June, a little bit of Haus Labs all summer long and then Joker. Honestly I don't think his name is giving some hints about the genre of the music she's working on anyway. He worked with such various artists : Kanye, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Lana, Dua, Bruno, Alicia Keys, Madonna (on the very dancy 'Back that up to the Beat') and so on I agree with you. Jeff's credits probably make him capable at doing a lot of different things. But I think if you work with someone on Project X, I feel like there's a higher likelihood you'll return to them because you liked what Project X had to offer/was giving. 4th Time Around 4,407 Posted May 30, 2023 Share Posted May 30, 2023 Gaga has a tendency to spread her creative energy into way too many areas at once and the last thing we need is the quality, concept and cycle of LG7 being ruined because of Joker 2. That being said, some of you seem 100% convinced we are not going to get anything until after Joker 2 release, filming on all that wrapped awhile ago, I dont see why its not plasuable for her to be working on something right now, its been 3 years since Chromatica.
