In contrast, if someone rumored that Gaga was working with a well known disco/house producer, that would just seem less believable.

Jeff Bhasker worked on some disco funk influenced music for Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson, Dua Lipa...

Honestly I don't think his name is giving some hints about the genre of the music she's working on anyway. He worked with such various artists : Kanye, Beyoncé, Jay Z, Lana, Dua, Bruno, Alicia Keys, Madonna (on the very dancy 'Back that up to the Beat') and so on

Oooh the pre-era rumour machine has really been revving up lately. I low-key love this time; it used to be maddening but now it’s part of the fun.

Just random but if Gaga is working with Jeff Bhasker, honestly don't bet your money that it'll be Diamond Heart 2.0;

The guy worked on alternative pop (Lana, Kesha, Lykke Li), pop folk (Taylor, Keith Urban), funk pop (Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars), pop dance (Madonna, Dua, Katy Perry), Rnb : urban pop (Beyoncé, Jay Z, Kanye), pop ballads (Alicia Keys) and so on,.

The people who think this means it's going to be Joanne 2.0 have no concept of producers being versatile whatsoever, I can't-

i guess it’s not completely out of the question. just depends how much work she wants to put into promotion - which honestly isn’t even needed tbh
