Not if it's using questionable training data, Which when you look into it seems like it does.

None of the generative AIs work without huge amounts of data to fall back on and these companies know how much it'd cost if they were to obtain that data in a fair way. Open AI is considering leaving the EU if regulations make them show all the copyrighted material they use because they know how illegal and immoral it all is. Adobe is being a bit more careful about potential lawsuits but it still looks like they obtained their data in a questionable way.

Do you know about Adobe stock? It seems to me that they could use their own data to train AI.

Yes they did use adobe stock as part of the data without telling or compensating the original creators. They're trying to promote their AI as ethical but realistically the only ethical image generator is one that ask permission first and compensates the creators for the work they use, None like that exist. Adobe used creators stock to train their generator and wont even give people the option to opt out let alone opt in.
