The structure of Judas is similar to BR, doesn't mean the production is similar. Hair production is a bit messy, but i think that's because there are too many things going on at same time. The saxophone and backing vocals are nice, but when they blend with RedOne production it sounds messy (as compared to Fernando's clear cut production on TEOG). Scheisse is obviously on a wholey different level. It is pure epic, The only thing is too much gibberish (but i like it), and it is no radio friendly (not a matter for me). If anything, Fernando is the one that has similar production. Born This Way's production is so so so similar to DITD. The only remarkable contribution are TEOG and MTN, which has beautiful chords but the production on chorus isnt so great DJWS only made two good songs that is GH and BM. But I'm excited to see what they have for us this time... it's clear that the chemistry RedOne has with Gags' is different from the chemistry he has with other artists... I mean you just can't compare a track like 'Starships' to a track like 'Scheisse'.... they're just in totally different leagues. MTN is not "overproduced", Gaga wanted that on Born this way, and it's not "overproduction", they used a filter on her voice. By that logic, Hair is "overproduced" too. The Edge of Glory has the best production in the whole album. Fresh, powerful, rockish and anthemic. And I'm not saying Redone was a bad producer, but he's not putting anything new into his productions anymore. They're just remakes, remixes, and Redones from his past work. His production isn't fresh anymore, everybody uses him just like Max Martin or Dr. Luke so he's not even 'exclusive' to Gaga as he was before. And, I mean, ALL the songs he produced for Born This Way were all remakes/remixes/redones from their past hit singles. Judas - Bad Romance + Poker Face + Alejandro teas on verses. I think this was the most obvious, but not the only one. Scheisse - Bad Romance's formula. You can play both songs at the same time and don't even notice the differences. And the production for Hair wasn't even that good. Right now he's so overrated. That's why now I prefer Garibay over him, because The Edge of Glory's or Marry the night's production were riskier, they were powerful and different and they **** on everything else in Born This Way. Judas was meant to be reminiscent of Poker Face, Bad Romance and other similar work from Gaga and RedOne in the past. And HOW IN THE F*CK does Scheisse have Bad Romance's formula? They're completely different in every single way. And the production on Hair was amazing. And Hair sounded nothing like their previous work. No I want RedOne on every forthcoming Gaga album. He produced her biggest hits let's just not argue on this truth - Bad Romance, Just dance, Poker face, Lovegame, Scheisse, Hair (a personal favourite). They produce magic. When ARTPOP comes out in 2020 you'll se what real music is - Redone's music Completely agree. But not with the 2020 part. That's the perfect excuse to do an average work by redoing your biggest hit. Then you see people bashing Katy Perry because she plays too "safe" by working with the same producer and exploiting the same formula. And HOW IN THE F*CK does Scheisse have Bad Romance's formula?
