Dr. Luke named Pop Music Songwriter of the Year at 2023 ASCAP Music Awards

ASCAP announced the winners of its 40th Annual ASCAP Pop Music Awards. 
The awards recognize the songwriters and publishers of the most performed songs of the past year based on Luminate data for terrestrial and satellite radio and streaming services.

The overwhelming amount of radio airplay and number of streams for hit songs such as "Big Energy" (Latto), "Need to Know" (Doja Cat) and "Super Freaky Girl" (Nicki Minaj) make producer Dr. Luke the ASCAP Pop Music Songwriter of the Year.  Listeners’ love of Doja Cat’s “Woman” and “You Right” propelled them to the top of the charts and contributed to the win. (The Pop Music Songwriter of the Year is determined by the total number of a writer's shares in ASCAP Pop Music Award-winning songs multiplied by the winning songs' impressions, which are calculated based on Luminate data on radio and streaming)

As mentioned. Good evidence for Kesha’s case. He’s had a lot of hits lately and now acclaim. No way  should Kesha be found guilty of defamation imo. He was kinda losing that case it seems so Kesha’s lawyer should use this as the nail in the coffin. Also with Gag Order closing out her deal with Luke, I really hope this whole mess comes to an end and Kesha can get some peace of mind.

No offense but is there any actual proof that he did anything to Kesha? I understand the only real proof she has is texts with Gaga but it says nothing in those texts about sexual assault. Her and her mom also said he didnt assault her in a deposition. Its supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, thats how the justice system works. I am not trying to be rude, im just curious.
