Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn feels 'distraught and slighted' by her new romance with British singer Matty Healy - after putting his 'trust in her' when she told him that she was just 'friends' with The 1975 frontman. 

Rumors of Taylor, 33, and 34-year-old Matty's relationship first surfaced earlier this month, just weeks after the news of her split from British actor Joe, 32 - whom she dated for six years - was made public.

Joe is very unhappy that his former partner has moved on so quickly - particularly after he put his 'trust' in Taylor when she began collaborating with Matty during the final months of their relationship. 

'Joe feels slighted and is distraught after seeing her budding relationship with Matt, but is doing his best to keep busy and focus on himself

Lowkey I feel like they were already on the edge of breaking up for months, she got with Marty bc of Jack, and Taylor is Lowkey going off the edge bc of how long she was with Joe so I honestly do think this is just a SUPER messy rebound.

 

joe really does deserve better tho  and this comes as a hardcore swiftie, his trust and respect were broken by someone who he shared so much with. It sucks

It has to be one of the two: she either fell in love with him after all their interactions or it’s just a getaway car.mp3 situation

It’s kind of not. A lot of celebrities stop maturing once they reach a massive level of fame. She truly does not gaf about anyone, but herself. Any type of activism she has portrayed has been only to benefit her. She created an entire documentary about using her voice and has been silent ever since. She only talks feminism when it benefits her. And it’s never about creating equity between men and women. It’s about revenge. She just performed in many states that have been trying to eradicate gay and transgender people and she would never dare to speak out about that. She’s a performative activist. She indeed does disguise her covert narcissism as altruism. 

She also has worked with David O Russel who allegedly assaulted his transgender niece and worked on Where the Crawdads Sing where the author has been questioned for being involved in a murder. Whatever brings in the $$$$$
