This is probably the norm for all those daytime talk shows. I'll bet The View, The Today Show, GMA, and all those "wholesome coffee mom" type of shows are ironically all chaos and dark triad energy behind the scenes

I'm glad that they're pointing out that it doesn't seem to be an issue with Kelly herself. Like they said, I would be shocked if she knew about it and just lets it happen.

Notice how they go out of their way to praise Kelly and say it isn't her fault, whereas the Ellen/Cordon/etc allegations were targeting the hosts specifically

Between all her jobs, I get the sense Kelly is in and out for filming and does not handle any BTS stuff. But also, it her show. So, I hope she does something.

Because the network is who is enabling the producer in the first place. Make no mistake, the network knows and they do not care. They wouldn’t be going to RS had they not tried to get assistance from the network.

it’s probably a lot of micro-managing and i can understand because it’s a daily show with a lot of moving parts. i will always stand against mis-treatment and unfair pay, but i imagine there are some complainers in the mix too tbh

That’s how most hosts are. That’s actually how the talent should be! It’s waaaaaay too much work to have her more involved in the day to day of things and it would be impossible to do a daily show like this if she was in it more

They actually were filming two episodes a day during COVID, I'm not sure if they still are or not.
