I feel like Beyoncé is a better performer to see live. Missed out on an amazing show. I can say it’s the best concert I’ve ever been to, and I have seen Gaga live twice. She’d have to have at least an average date gross that’s triple of the highest grossing concert of all time (madonnas Sweden date for the hard candy tour I believe) not to mention that she’s just not in demand as much as someone like Taylor is and there’s still a LOT of tickets to be sold Well, Taylor's definitely more in demand in the US but I don't think that's the case in Europe or Latin America. It's been a long time since I've seen someone conquer an entire continent and market like Swift but then be below her peers in other places like Europe and Latin America. She's the American version of Bad Bunny or Shakira - huge in some parts, moderate in others. At least during her peak, Gaga was huge everywhere. I’m not saying either one is better than the other. But Taylor is feeding her fans and it’s clearly working. taylor has CO WRITERS on most of her songs, notice how her quality of work has increased since antonoff has helped produce and write for her??? beyonces voice and dancing capabilities are god given and nobody is assisting her when it comes to her stage presence. OMF 3,154
She’s finally coming back to Australia I heard, I’m sure she will sell out in seconds even with the tickets probably being too dear for people’s pockets. I won’t be going though, can’t afford the price of a “good seat” and no patience in going through GP seats
monstertoronto 8,837
There’s no way. Taylor’s show is completely sold out and Beyonces is still available. Def some PR spin right before her first show to goose sales. But also whoever is managing her website is outright lying about sales. It currently says both Toronto shows are sold out but there are lots of seats available and just regular blue dot seats not resale ones.

I went to the reputation tour and I still had adrenaline from that show going on the following days after. For this show I’m just not that excited about the folklore and evermore sections just because it’s not my type of music but I’m going anyways because I just know I’m about to have another amazing experience. A guy who loves Beyonce trying to downplay Taylor Swifts songwriting abilites by talking about co writers is the height of hyprocrisy or do I need to remind you how many people are credited for writing the songs on Rennassiance? Multible producers have said that Swift herself comes up with the vast majority of the lyrics and ideas, often writing the entirity of the song herself. Also, I was not aware that Taylor Swift needs assistance in her stage presence, she is arguablly at her most captivating when it is just her and her guitar. We get it, you don't like Taylor Swift, keep seething and move on. I have seen both of them live and both put on incredible shows in very different ways.
