In honour of our new Royal couple, imagine if Gaga did an album with this type of sound. I will be bopping :ororomunroe:

no ma'am! this sounds so "straight" for my liking too much testosterone is a chop for me. charlie puth, shawn mendes could do this but not gaga.

if she's gonna do rock i hope its evanescence-esque type of rock with sickening hightnotes and piano and goth visuals.

Agreed with the second paragraph. I pretend I don’t see the first one :triggered:

My delusional self keeps thinking Chromatica was just the start and she's going for this sound:

Or something just inspired by Scheiße, Government Hooker and Heavy Metal Lover.

personally no not that sound, i believe lg7 will be gagas most rock album to date with sounds like teeth, HML or You And I and i feel that it will be like her old dark pop roots, i would love more rock gaga

I feel like it's going to be a long time, if ever, that she makes music like this again. chromatica was beyond perfect opportunity to cultivate this kind of sound, especially with that batch of producers, and instead we got... that. she's been making much lighter sounding music for over a decade. she's probably done creating with this vibe. for now.

I'd absolutely love to be wrong though.

King of the Fall

This sounds like a watered down version of that mostly terrible arena rock/pop from the 80s that was played to death on mainstream radio and eventually got so awful it basically was killed off. We can only pray she does not go down a road similar to this.

Hey, I'm king of the world, you ought to hear my song, you come on measure me, I'm twenty inches long

Chromatica is perfect:triggered: And she had Alice, Replay, and 911 which are NOT light sounding music at all wtf

I just want no dance or traditional pop for her next release. I don't think I will get that, though. I want an album that resonates deeply with me with peak lyricism.
