I think because back then Gaga was so active online, promoting, touring, showing off her street fashion etc, so there was always something Gaga related to talk about. These days we get one blurry paparazzi picture of her leaving a restaurant a month, and we get excited just to know she's still alive. Fed scraps I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin. Young... I'm gonna go have a crying break It shocks and perplexes me that people who were babies are now fans of Gaga. How does that even happen? I- we had totally different experiences with her music I was literally 16 when she debuted. Her music is my high school senior years, summer holidays, the days I started drinking, moving out of home to go flatting with friends, house party days, all those early 20's memories... and now I'm in my 30's. Wild Edit: ARTPOP specifically was the time I moved to a new flat with a friend, quit my job, went on a 3 month OE to America, travelled around, saw her twice in Boston and Las Vegas... I remember listening to Gypsy on the plane as I flew to a new country all on my own to start a 3 month long adventure I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
