Are you here for… Joanne 2.0 (folk, acoustic)

She can do whatever she wants, and I can choose whether I want to listen to it or not.

A Joanne 2.0 album is not what I want the most from Gaga though. Joanne was not a bad album by any means but something about it felt forced. We all know she was doing it to heal her family, which I can definitely appreciate, but I don't think the end result was as exciting as it could've been. I still respect what she was trying to do though. If she wants to do another folk abum, I hope she takes a different approach.

Personally, I'd rather she go full RockGa or DarkGa. But that's just my personal preference and ultimately we don't get a say in how she chooses to express herself artistically.

I will take any music. I always love for her to explore more genres bc she can do anything and do it creatively. But I would die for a “Stevie Nicks” type era or a folky album like Diggin My Grave

Ugh there is too much music like that in the world already, I'd like something fresh please thanks

“Too much music like that” I mean… you can make that case with just about any genre. Gaga hasn’t ever really reinvented the wheel with her music sans like a couple songs from Born This Way.

I’m moreso interested in her exploring other sounds but I would still enjoy another Joanne style album. I felt she experimented with the sound first during the BTW era, then Joanne followed by ASIB which was the most successful adaption of the formula. Perhaps a Joanne 10 year anniversary album with a few unreleased tracks added and some select artists feature on a few tracks. If she were to return to a more Joanne style album, I’d prefer for her to do it later in her career.

I’d prefer for her to explore a different retro/raw style sound that is complimentary to Joanne. Joanne represents rural Americana combining Classic Rock, Country, Folk, and modern Pop influences. I’d be intrigued by an album that explored an urban Americana album that explores pop(2003-2007 urban pop), jazz, R&B, Funk and other urban influences taking distinctive influence from different American cities for each track such as NYC, Philadelphia, DC, LA, Detroit, Chicago, Atlanta, Memphis, New Orleans, Miami, Austin, Phoenix, Seattle, Denver, etc. Some similarities to Xtina’s Back 2 Basics with an urban Americana theme.
