In my personal experience, the only time I've been in my local store we weren't greeted or approached at any point and weren't even asked about our experience during check out. I was young and not educated in what peoplepleasing was or codependency was, so when we were given the daily pep talk to always help our customers, I took it really seriously and was one of the best bridal helpers they had, if memory serves.
