Guaranteed it's not even real olive oil either

Half the olive oil out there is fake and mostly filled with less healthy oils like canola oil and I don't see a big corporation even one known for quality paying too dollar for real olive oil

So enjoy ur coffee with canola oil :selena:

not to be that person but it’s called a bulletproof coffee and is incredibly healthy. It’s a boost of energy for your body and brain, helps you be more focused and is great for anyone that wants to lose weight as it makes you feel full and supports your body in burning fat. It’s usually made with butter or coconut oil but olive should work too!

I’ve only tried those two options but it doesn’t alter the taste of the coffee aus much as you’d expect

I guess, but the health benefits that come from olive oil are really only present when the oil is of really good, fresh quality which it certainly won’t be if it’s coming from Starbucks. Plus there are way better ways to nourish your brain with fats and oils than by drinking olive oil in a coffee. Final note would be that the reason it helps you lose weight is partially because you’re gonna sh*t like an open fire hydrant bc you’re drinking two diuretics in one :cryga:

They are using Partanna brand for the olive oil. Legit.

I don't know that brand so I can't comment on it

All I know is that the olive oil industry has been largely exposed for trying to pass off olive oil with tones of filler as olive oil. You can have only a fraction of olive oil diluted with a lot more canola and/or other oils than olive oil and still call it olive oil as long as it contains some in there. And the industry has gotten good at mimicking the taste so most ppl can't tell

It's pretty problematic cuz a lot of ppl spend good money on olive oil because it's supposed to be good for u but the issue is more than half the brands out there have filler oils in there that aren't so healthy and then ur not getting the health benefits u think u are getting

It's disgusting. Honey aparently is another very commonly faked one.

And for the record I understand some real products are costly. I'm not against cheaper imitations existing for those that can't afford it. But he honest about it don't lie about it, and let people decide

Like maple syrup which is like $12 for half a litre here in Canada vs $3 for fake aunt Jemima syrup that resembles the taste. But at least they are open and honest that it's imitation syrup so it's all good. At least you know what your buying

This really irritates me. Cuz ppl are convinced of how healthy olive oil is for health benefits and ppl add it into their diet not realizing how much fake crap there is out there for olive oil...

Half the times the fillers are so unhealthy too
