That was an appropriate write up and I liked it a lot. Beyoncé’s legacy is very much about celebrating the long and diverse history of Black entertainment. And that’s *been* her brand, she didn’t just hop on it (though maybe more specifically honed in on it as she’s been solo for longer). Fandom sh*t aside, she’s utilized her platform to uplift Black art and culture for decades and I’m glad that that seems to be the thing that’s sticking with people.
