I understand that people really hate The Kardashians (I really dislike em, but that's about it), however give the season a chance before you judge it immediately...

Also, this season is supposed to be based off a novel by Danielle Valentine (who wrote The Merciless series) titled, Delicate Condition.

This is the synopsis for the book (which is out in August):

Spoiler

Anna Alcott is desperate to have a family. But as she tries to balance her increasingly public life as an indie actress with a grueling IVF journey, she starts to suspect that someone is going to great lengths to make sure that never happens. Crucial medicines are lost. Appointments get swapped without her knowledge. Cryptic warnings have her jumping at shadows. And despite everything she's gone through to make this pregnancy a reality, not even her husband is willing to believe that someone is playing twisted games with her.

Then her doctor tells her she's had a miscarriage―except Anna's convinced she's still pregnant despite everything the grave-faced men around her claim. She can feel the baby moving inside her, can see the strain it's taking on her weakening body. Vague warnings become direct threats as someone stalks her through the bleak ghost town of the snowy Hamptons. As her symptoms and sense of danger grow ever more horrifying, Anna can't help but wonder what exactly she's carrying inside of her…and why no one will listen when she says something is horribly, painfully wrong.

If it is like the book is describing it, then I'm all in for this! I'm honestly excited to see something by Danielle Valentine finally being adapted in some way to the screen!

Ryan is really just throwing **** at the wall and seeing what sticks at this point. As a long time fan of the show I've stopped caring or expecting anything. I treat it like the actual show has been cancelled and everything starting from season 10 is a reboot. For now it's been **** both times but hey, maybe the **** will stick this time. I'll watch but I'm expecting the shittiest TV I've ever watched so it can only be better than that

...

Or can it? :poot:

The gays will be fed both in the Kardashian world and AHS. I’m interested to see where this goes. Kim as much as she’s portrayed to be dumb by the media, she’s actually really smart and dedicated to her work, whether it’s her show, or other ventures, and passions. She passed the bar in the state of California to practice law just like her dad. That’s kind of impressive for someone who can be thought of as a ditsy reality star. I was impressed with her SNL guest spot, & I think Ryan was too, the show will maximize her talents & play to her strengths & isn’t going to make her or the show look bad. They may of even picked her for the part because of the personality she plays on TV. Really interested to see where this goes. I’m someone who loves both worlds, & I’m looking forward to Delicate.
