Her vocals are some of the most unique of her career, totally different than the studio or other live performances. Aren't there rumors she was a tad drunk that night? Is it in a lower key? She sounded like she was struggling to find the note at the start. I mean none of this in a disrespectful way or even as a negative critique. I think it's a gorgeous arrangement, totally raw and rockified. Perfect for the Coachella desert headline spot. Then she absolutely nails Bad Romance. Such a great song acoustic for her. Yoü and I is the most festival it's ever sounded.
