You don't ever mention people with other sexual orientation in your jokes. You've never joked about a different nation, believe or situation which you probably can't even understand? Then you can never tell jokes about any profession you haven't worked in, schools you haven't attended, places you haven't been, people you haven't met. It's best not to mention them at all. I've seen straight cis men (allegedly) who aren't trans dress up like a woman for Halloween just to have fun and it wasn't to mock the trans community.
