Said this elsewhere but too many people in our community are so chronically online, wasting their time policing jokes made by other queer people about their own queerness :awkney:

Politicians are trying to erase you babes, Lil Nas X isn't your biggest concern :ororomunroe:

as a trans guy,  i can see why it might be considered "mocking" but it doesnt seem to be in a bad way, he never said anything transphobic

he's right to apologise. gender-affirming surgery isn't something to joke about when you're not part of that community. it was tacky and tasteless (like most of his humor tbh)

All this free time to trash Nas yet they’re failing at stopping politicians and the right wing media narrative… choices :laughga:

You can tell for some people, it’s about the feeling of conquering small “powerful figures” and not actually making world change.

So you joke only about people with your hair, eyes, skin color. You don't ever mention people with other sexual orientation in your jokes. You've never joked about a different nation, believe or situation which you probably can't even understand?

Then you can never tell jokes about any profession you haven't worked in, schools you haven't attended, places you haven't been, people you haven't met. It's best not to mention them at all. Snowflakes is an understatement, with the current generation of twitter it's best not to say anything.

And who are you to tell a public popular figure how to behave? You're not part of that community :)

Yeah, I was almost crying today while thinking about how the GOP hates my existence, not a great feeling.

It seemed like he was having fun showing how he looked in drag? I don't see why that's so offensive?

I've seen straight cis men (allegedly) who aren't trans dress up like a woman for Halloween just to have fun and it wasn't to mock the trans community.

Or did he say something else besides this post
