To be completely honest, who cares? :ororomunroe:

People jump to defend equally dangerous eating habits of overweight folks, and at this point I'm done with passing judgement on anyone's diet that doesn't affect me.

Besides, anyone still looking to her for health advice is a lost cause... pretty sure she lost credibility years ago with her yoni eggs :billie:

Goals tbh. Her dinner must be a feast, but I'd prefer more balanced 2-3 meals during the eating hours

I think she's misleading in a lot of her products and brand, but let's face it, this diet isn't that bad.

She mentioned something paleo at dinner, so that's likely vegetables and a form of protein or fat. Slightly low in fiber and some nutrients depending on what these vegetables are, but not terrible if she's not expending much energy and she's doing low intensity exercise.

i could really care less about her diet but only someone as rich/privileged as her and her friends can sustain it. the average person cannot.

the almond moms out there are gonna eat this up tho (no pun intended).

I mean this is so tame compared to the trending carnivore raw meat and sticks of butter diets going around lmao
