Flowers is so big thanks to TikTok, it has 4M videos on this platform but TikTok hit doesn't mean big album sales. Sam Smith's Unholy was also huge there but their album sold only 39k (14k pure sales) in the US. 

Flowers is high on Global Spotify chart but on US chart it's #12 and #40 on US Apple Music. it has over 100M radio airplay that helps it to stay in the top of the Hot 100 but radio doesn't count toward the Billboard 200.
Morgan Wallen's Last Night already outstreamed Flowers last week in the US. (Flowers had over 269M playlisting and Last Night around 82M on Spotify.)

Morgan Wallen's album's has 36 tracks and Miley only 13. Even if Morgan's streams drop by 50% he still will have around 200k next week. Miley last album sold 60k so it's unlikely she can sell over 200k. 
That is why I think it is unlikely that she will get #1.

Very fair point but I think there is a LOT of hype surrounding Miley. We’ll see. I would hope Miley could catch up in vinyl sales too.
