She may have a surprise performance (as if no one expected her to go, and then she shows up out of the blue) or a last-minute announcement. Top Gun had several nominations, including Best Picture, Tom Cruise has been everywhere promoting the movie, and, as much as Naatu Naatu is a potential front runner, HMH could be an "upset" and end up winning.
