It's an obsession to get more protein or enhancements in ur system and adding water makes u fuller faster The study found ones with muscle dysmorphia were far more likely to engage in the practice. Then there's the fact those that spent more time in social media also were more likely to. Maybe social media influences perception of an ideal body?
