If this turns out to be true (and it's possible, considering Gaga's love for jazz it was predictable she would write her own music at some point), it will be interesting to see Hildur Guðnadóttir's role in the soundtrack since she's also confirmed to take part. Translation: Lady Gaga will release authorial jazz music for the soundtrack of "Joker: Folie À Deux". Defined as funny and absurd, the songs were written in 2017 and reworked last year.
