I have always been under the impression from fan videos in stadium and such that the God Bless America bit was pre-recorded and she didn’t actually jump from the roof into the stadium, she was actually just suspended in the stadium waiting for the transition. Still high up but not that high. And yet I’ve also seen some swear she did, but that has never made logistical sense to me. It’s the former that actually happened yeah? Or is it really the latter? I think it has been clarified that there were safety concerns regarding her jumping live so the jump was prerecorded instead. But during the live show, it has been pretty unclear whether she still did the jump or was just suspended pretty high up.
