The floating platforms were a nice touch. There have been way more disappointing shows (see : Katy Perry and Shakira and Jlo 👀). But I would rank her 3rd out of modern post-2010 halftime shows, with Gaga and The Weeknd being the best and second best respectfully. Another thing I really liked is while she has a massive catalogue a lot of her stuff is very a product of it's time. I love how even the very 2010's sounding songs worked and sounded fresh. Having seen her last four tours I knew what she was gonna bring: tons of natural swag, but not necessarily the energy you would want from a performance like this. But I feel like she did it her own way and I like that. That being said: it does feel a little but of a cop out towards her career. I actively checked out years ago as did she.
