Can you explain a bit about the general position? I can tell you that a lot don't care and most/alot of jews are in the israeli side. There are also jews (that i've seen online, not irl) that are in the palestinian side of the conflict and alot of jews just want peace. Israelis are all divided mostly based on their ethnic group. I would say ignorance has to be involved here aswell. I try my best to learn about the situation and not bias myself to one side but I want the israeli government to stop being a**holes, the new government is leaning deeper into removing bits of democracy from israel, making it in a worse state than it already is. The new government may also consist of religious jews that are very anti palestinians and I haven't heard anybody in israel acknowledge that, only the other stuff they plan to do.
