Economy 52,902
This article caught my attention cuz I low-key suffer with this like not to the extremes of the worst cases out there where it consumes ur entire life. but I definitely get frustrated and upset that I can't seem to get as big as my ideal goals or some of the biggest guys at the gym cuz I think I got sh*t genetics for muscle building. My larger torso in relation to legs also doesn't help cuz the longer limbs stretch out my muscle mass making u look smaller. So my arms look smaller than some other guys with Simmilar strength -_- then I feel like I just cannot get a hot looking body and am doomed to always look mediocre sometimes I just wanna do steroids but I've always stopped myself from trying them cuz I know how bad they can be for ur health and I definitely care a lot about my health also so I've never done it. I have 2 friends that do it tho

I was 125 pounds at 5'11. Now I'm 180 (but with some belly so it's not pure muscle ) Now I'm more average. I have to workout so much just to look average. Curse my genes

blzr 1,589
Yeah I have it too, it’s been getting better and better over the years, as I’ve been doing lots of inner work to address it. However I still sometimes fall into the old patterns of overexerting myself physically. Last few months I was forced to stop any sport due to injuries and this introduced me to new layers of the disorder. Coming out of this period I feel better in my body as it is and much more balanced in my approach to sports. What I realised is that what is most important is that my body is healthy and that I am happy. Everything else is vanity.

Yeah, my natural body type is almost never ever shown as a positive, sexy or manly thing in media and it's so inferiating as someone who cares a little too much about his looks I searched up who u mentioned and he looks just like my default body structure without a lot of working out. And that is what the journey is about - making what you know intellectually be known with your entire being. It is possible, keep striving for it, take small steps in that direction and sooner or later you’ll be there. And you will be surprised that you will get your dream body as a bonus
