Therefore, she would be performing on the 19th, which conflicts with no BTWB date. The Tweet has the date wrong. Cause those other performers are on the 19th. If she's doing the pre-inauguration show on the 19th, chances are we'll get an ARTPOP song. I don't think she'll perform at the actual inauguration or we would have known by now.
