You're probably seeing an outlier poll hyped by the right-wing press. In most polls, Biden remains ahead of Trump, and always has.

Biden hasn't been a bad president at all, but of course he's the subject of relentless propaganda against him.

Anyway, Trump is going to be dead, in prison, or in exile by the time of the election.

I personally don't think he's that bad.

 

I think it just comes down to the fact that by today's standards especially in economic policies or environmental policies he's seen too much of a centrist and not left leaning enough by the growing cohort of progressives instead of just centrist liberals on the democratic side

 

If u look at it he's not much more centrist than Obama was and yet he was more liked. I think the demands are just different now

 

Tho realistically in my opinion given the gridlock in government and how opposition can block so many things, I'm not sure a significantly more progressive president would of been able to pass more progressive policies than Biden did tbh anyway

 

If Bernie had won for example, he would ultimately still be forced to compromise on some stuff or have stuff not pass at all anyway. A president is a powerful figure but not a dictator. The rest of government will still hold u back
