Out of respect for the victims of Sandy Hook? Out of the respect for the Dark Night Massacre at the Movies? To promote Obama's NO GUNS policy? To be more peaceable and less violent by NOT using guns in the show? Being a better role model to the fans by not promoting guns? You have to be completely oblivious to the past month to think there was another reason she'd have done it. 1) Gaga supports gun control. We know this thanks to some petition she signed. 2) Gaga has a way of standing up for her beliefs and being a caring person. 3) PEOPLE DIED. RECENTLY. It was the smart move to do it not only because of the media but also because she is very direct about bringing action to her words. She basically said she is in favor of gun control, and now she's going to follow that up by doing something to demonstrate that stance.
