The land developers, other people and herself She is giving up prime high value land to developers for free and in exchange the developers can only build affordable housing units on it including one for herself. It's not like there's a tone of people left with large plots of land in cities (I suspect if she's not rich but has all that land she probably inherited that land from a time when the city was less developed a many ppl had large rural plots of land even if they weren't super wealthy per say) Of the ones that do have large undeveloped land in cities, few are gonna donate it like she did I'm sure things like this will remain isolated cases Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
