He looks great! Honestly if you're not trying to keep your body fat low and maintain your muscle, you're missing out on a big way to decrease your risk of cardiovascular issues and type 2 diabetes.

As a trainer, I can assure you it’s not that simple at all. Takes a tremendous amount of hard work and consistency🙏

Where did I saw otherwise :huh: it's just extremely hard doing everything on my own not knowing if what im doing is right or not while poor so I gave up. You can't tell me money and a free schedule don't make a difference.

this is very true, the "broke" way to do it is befriend a trainer who's willing to give you tips out of generosity :air:

but even i wonder if i'm doing something wrong cus weight training is more than just lifting the weight. you gotta make sure you're using the right muscle instead of relying on the wrong body part to do the work as well making sure your form is correct for safety and i- :madge:

i HATE squats cus there's so much to worry about :madge:

you can also use youtube to learn the correct form but sometimes people just prefer the in person teaching

Exactly, and that's not even counting the nightmare than is nutrition and supplementation
