She started off by moaning atop a balloon belly with outstretched legs, and then emerged from giant zipper in the anatomical place, thus introducing "Born This Way" three songs in. In concerts, they need to have big spaces in the GA for emergency precautions. So if you fill up the GA, people will have a hard time going out. :dead: like this..
