I personally want LG7 to be out in 2025 after awards season for Joker, but we need something in 2023-2024 maybe a duet song from other artist's discography or another visual media song or whatever I just want new music

Before Joker. Joker isn't coming out until the end of 2024, unless Gunn moves the date.

Gaga is powerful, but she's not powerful enough that her label is going to be okay with her waiting five yrs to drop an original album. A label head spoke out and said the reason he thought Katy's sales were poor was because she waited so long. Allegedly, even Adele's label was angry she took so long.

Well, I’m assuming we’re gonna be getting unreleased songs with ARTPOP X(10) and Joker. So in my mind this will be her next few years.

ARTPOP X (with unreleased music): 11/6/23

Joker: The Musical lead single: 09/27/24 (similar to Shallow release date for ASIB)

Joker: The Musical soundtrack: 10/04/24 (alongside movie)

LG7 lead single: 10/10/25

LG7 promotional single: 01/01/26 (alongside album preorder)

LG7: 03/27/26

 

this lowkey falls in line with the Joanne->ASIB->Chromatica and seems realistic imo because she would be adding a bunch of new stuff to her catalog. Though not a standalone original album, it’s still enough content to keep her label at bay

Okay, that is a little dramatic. But, I literally sobbed the first time I heard Brooklyn Nights. It literally grabbed my heart and shook it like a maraca. I would love for it to be officially mastered and released at the very least 🥲

I think she's gonna take a rest after joker wraps filming and focus on her personal life, since she will be overworked this whole past year of 2022 into 2023

But I'm optimistic for music release in summer or fall, I just think she'll do a lowkey promo nothing over the top

I maybe too obsessed with awards, but I want Gaga to attend 2024 GRAMMYs with nominations (besides that The Rolling Stones live duet if it get nominated)

I am expecting an early 2025 release but anything sooner than that would be great. I'm not expecting a release this year (a very little possible ARTPOP related release), but I am hoping for something in relation to her 15 year career anniversary.

I don't think Gaga is relatable to Adele or Katy in this scenario. She does more to stay in the spotlight than just release music, while the other 2 don't. Also, she just toured which should keep the label appeased.

We have an idea of what her schedule might be like over the next few years, and whilst it’s possible to do a rushed album and era I just don’t see it happening.

This year will be focused on Joker 2, revamping/restarting the residency, and possibly something AP related. I think going into next year she’ll be starting the process for LG7 but I doubt she’ll release it before Joker. I don’t think she’ll risk overexposure before the movie and after the shitshow that was LG6 I think she’ll want to make sure her next era goes smoothly which I don’t think would be possible given the short time frame before Joker. LG7 probably isn’t coming until 2025 I’d say. Also, by doing the album after the film it will either ride the success of the film or could redirect focus if the film flops (which I doubt it will).
