if it's not about the vocals, why is Madonna not there? surely she is one of the most influential female artists in the history of popular music

Dunno if I’m going to get dragged for this, but then why is Whitney so high? 

Magnificent voice, yes, but she didn’t have ‘much’ involvement in her music.

If this was only about best vocals, let's be honest, this would be only like maybe around 20 artist there.

So is Beyonce and Rihanna. They really just need to provide a criteria, or blame and crucify some random intern there.
