If people buy, stream your music, support you, make you rich, if you have an opportunity to perform at the most important music show of the year and accept the opportunity, when tons of artists would kill for a chance to perform at the SBHTS, then yes you owe the world a great performance

i think we should also take this with a grain of salt. there are sooooo many people involved in the super bowl that have a vested interest in it going well. one being apple music. it’s their first time being the face of it and i doubt they want a mediocre show. also the nfl, jay z (roc nation started producing sorta the last few years i believe), etc etc
