I remember some performances in bigger concerts of hers where she just stands there singing or walks around the stage and interacts with her band. it's a part of her performance style, I'd say. there are some very well choreographed music videos and performances, but when it's a bigger gig and she's bound to get tired, she knows when and how to rest and keep the pace up.

Totally get that and I know they're different people but Beyonce was in rehearsals for Coachella right after giving birth. I feel like if this is her big comeback moment she should be preparing relative to the importance of a Superbowl performance, it's like signing up to the Olympics and not training imo
