I’ve never really understood the “exclusive” rules regarding Target… I live in the UK and those exclusive tracks come on all the deluxe editions sold here 

I think the rule is normally two or three years.  Whether Gaga’s team would go back and put them on streaming though I’m not sure.  We don’t have the full The Fame (17 Tracks) or Cheek To Cheek (20 tracks) on streaming that was also U.K. deluxe versions.

I think it depends on the artist because it's so random sometimes. They either have to wait for a contract with Target to expire (if it even does because it's "Target Exclusive") and some other times they upload them right away.

I love Love Me Right, she needs her time to shine! But I doubt it will end up on Spotify  

it makes no sense because Love For Sale had You're the Top released to Spotify immediately but also was “Target Exclusive.”

It also confuses me why there’s both the regular and special editions of Born This Way on Spotify. Why not just have the special edition?
