It feels like his team looks at what’s popular with the masses and puts these lists together to give him ‘cool points’ with the new generation. I could be wrong obviously, it’s just the impression that I get, it feels a little too forced, idk. Most probably his team curated the list and Obama reviewed at most. But just the idea of sharing and showing support for the musicians are good enough reason to spend this little effort.
